Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations or Refunds will have a 20% restocking Fee. Returns are ONLY accepted for UNUSED/UNOPENED product. Refunds issued back to original form of payment only. We do not pay for the return shipping.
It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend US Priority Mail. We can not be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
If we do not hear from you w/in 7 days from receipt of delivery, we assume all has been received as ordered with no damage, and no refund/exchange will be offered.
We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and ready for dispatch. If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will try and contact you as quickly as we can. Usually w/in 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays.)
Instructions for returning goods:
Include the delivery receipt or a copy of your email invoice with the goods. If not available, please include a note that contains the following:name ordered under, address, phone number, date of order, order #, and reason for refund/exchange.
